Core Yoga Previous Yoga experience recommended

In this class we will begin with pranayama, or breath awareness techniques and then stretch, strengthen, and tone the core muscles (shoulders, back, abdomen and hips) from the front to the back of the body.

Gentle  Yoga No Yoga experience necessary.

This gentle class will help you to relax and unwind, through asana (pose) practice, including breathing techniques, and meditation. Modifications allow you to personalize your practice.  You will leave refreshed and ready to go about your day with clarity and newfound energy!

Gentle & Restorative Yoga  – No Yoga experience necessary.

Move and breathe the stress of the day out of the body for 45 minutes with a Gentle Yoga practice, followed by the healing and calming of 30 minutes of a Restorative Yoga practice.  Leave feeling refreshed and relaxed!

Inside Out Yoga – No Yoga experience necessary.
This Viniyoga inspired workshop focuses on breath expansion, breath initiated movements, self-pacing and function over form. We slowly build poses from the ground up and from the inside out at the pace of your breath. This workshop is accessible to everyone and everyone is welcome!

Kundalini YogaNo Yoga experience necessary.

An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, with movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity.” The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

Meditation No Yoga experience necessary.

Explore a variety of meditation techniques such as guided visualization, walking meditation, mantra, and other forms of practice.  Watch the schedule and/or Facebook for donation based meditation practices.

Restorative YogaNo Yoga experience necessary.

Enjoy each pose propped up on bolsters, blankets and other props throughout the class allowing yourself to feel fully supported. You will leave relaxed and revitalized.

Slow Flow Some previous yoga experience recommended.

This class is dedicated to finding new spaces within ourselves! We will use the benefits of breath and movement combined to strengthen the body while calming the mind & warming our hearts. This class is a combination of calculated asanas, practiced with full awareness, that will strengthen our bodies & expand our practice to new places.

Stretch  & De-Stress  No Yoga experience necessary.

This class is a focus of traditional postures held for longer periods of time to stretch and strengthen the muscles, while strengthening and relaxing all at the same time.  Every class includes a practice of Pranayama, a Mudra and Meditation.  This is the perfect class to end your day with, leave feeling relaxed and ready for rest!

Yoga Basics No Yoga experience necessary.

Learn the fundamentals of alignment for basic yoga poses, practice breath awareness for focus and relaxation, and explore the mind-body connection in this supportive and uplifting class. Variations of poses and the use of props will be presented for differing levels of physical ability and yoga experience.


What is Hatha Yoga?

The word “Hatha” comes from the Sanskrit “ha,” or sun, and “tha,” meaning moon. The principle behind Hatha is the uniting of opposites: the positive and the negative, the sun and the moon.

Our Hatha classes are perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Other styles of yoga originated with Hatha, the physical practice of yoga. In a Hatha class you will practice basic postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and relaxation techniques.

Although Hatha yoga was named and “created” in 15th Century India, it is still the best place for beginners to get comfortable on their mat today.
