7:00-8:00 p.m.: Deep Stretch with Jen Shope

Thursday:
6-7:00 p.m.: Slow Flow Lisa Miller
7:15-8:15 p.m.: Relax and Restore with Carissa Moon 

Friday:
9:30-10:45 a.m.: Morning Hatha Yoga with Sue Kamensky

Saturday:
9:00-10:15 a.m.: Mindful Movement, Vinyasa Flow with Carissa

Sunday:
9:30-10:45 a.m.: Ease into Yoga with Dawn

Deep Stretch
with Jen Shope

Wednesdays starting April 4th
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

No experience necessary.
This class is a focus of traditional postures held for longer periods of time to stretch and strengthen the muscles, including the connective tissues found around the joints that are more challenging to reach than the skin and larger muscles. This is the perfect class to end your day with!
